The Decision3 board consists of Árni Ellefsen, chairman, Erik Østergaard and Torben Ravn.

The chairman is Árni Ellefsen, director of NEMA a Faroese IT company. Árni Ellefsen has previously been director and owner of Spekt which is an audit & accounting company and brings a wealth business skills and knowledge to the chairman function.
Erik Østergaard is CEO of Dansk Transport & Logistik, the Danish branch organization for road-based transportation. He has extensive executive experience from the maritime sector, such as having been CEO of Scandlines.
Torben Ravn is director of Erria A/S (ret.), an international shipping and ship management company based in Denmark, and brings vast experience of shippping and technical ship management knowledge to the company.
